Maximum expansion capacity: 6.9MPa: 0.40mL/m; 10.3MPa：0.55mL/m; 20.0MPa：1.34mL/m.
Burst Strength:
Blasting strength: 84.2MPa without bursting.
Dynamic Durability:
Bending fatigue: No damage after 35 hours of bending.
High temperature pulse resistance: 73.2MPa without bursting.
Mechanical Properties:
Mechanical strength: slow speed: 2747.8N joint pull-out; Quick 2812.6N connector pull off.
3. Environmental adaptability
Water absorption: 83.4MPa without bursting; After 35 hours of bending, there was no damage;
Cold resistance: After the test, there are no visible cracks on the inner and outer surfaces of the hose;
Ozone resistance: After the test, under a seven fold magnifying glass, there were no visible cracks on the surface of the hose;
Resistance to dynamic ozone: After the test, there were no visible cracks or fissures observed by the naked eye;
Corrosion resistance of joints: Metal substrate is non corrosive.
4、application adaptation
Applicable scenarios: hydraulic braking system for motorcycles, cars, and light vehicles.
Supporting standards: in line with CQC, DOT, SAE J1401 certification requirements.
